We created this website to help M&I Bank dynamically demonstrate how their customers could earn more rewards points by paying more of their everyday expenses using their M&I Bank Rewards Cards.
Users are first asked to select their annual household income, and the number of cars in their household. They are then presented with a list of common household expenses arranged as weekly, monthly, and annual expenses. The average total for each expense is automatically populated with numbers based on their initial choices from the first screen. Next, users are asked to enter in their actual totals for each expense (or leave the default number), and, using a dynamic, graphical pop-up menu, to choose a method for how they currently pay that expense. Choices include M&I Rewards Cards, another bank's card, cash, check, or online bill pay.
When the user is done making their choices and clicks the Calculate Points button, they are shown how many points they currently earn with their M&I Rewards Cards, and how much they could be earning with either the M&I Rewards Credit Card or M&I Rewards Premier Credit Card. This calculator shows M&I customers, in a vividly convincing way, just how many points they could be earning by fully utilizing their Rewards Cards.
