When Miller Brewing Company decided it needed to modernize its current training methodology — which at the time was being delivered via live classroom instructors utilizing PowerPoint presentations — and provide timely, up-to-date instruction that was accessible on-demand to a vast network of employees and product distributors, the Miller University was born.
Our task was to rejuvenate their well-worn training courses with a mix of compelling animations, graphics and interactive exercises designed to inject some fun into staid material, aid in learning and retention, and deliver it all in a web-friendly way accessible to all employees regardless of their location. We used bold, colorful animations and clever coding to create effective, and entertaining, e-learning modules that met and exceeded all of the client's goals and expectations.
After completing the training, users can print a high-resolution, customizable certificate of completion that includes the employee's name, the course title, and the date of completion. Along with the certificate comes a printed manager's report that shows how the employee responded to each of the questions on the final exam. This report helps managers to identify areas in which the employee might need additional reinforcement.
