This app introduced a new Raid product to SC Johnson's national sales force.
SC Johnson is one of the world's leading producers of consumer products with such household brands as Windex, Ziplock, OFF!, Glade, Drano, Pledge and Raid. In the last several years we've produced a series of product introduction apps aimed at members of SC Johnson's national sales staff to give them details of upcoming new product releases. This app introduces Raid's Bug Barrier product which has a battery operated applicator that gives consumers the ability to apply a consistent and complete barrier much like a professional pest control operator. The app contains these features:
- Category Overview discusses Raid's long history, gives an overview of the Home Insect Killers (HIK) category including its growth and key competitors, and provides an overview of HIK consumers and key trends.
- Product Information includes videos showing device features, speed and coverage comparisons, and demos on things such as the ease of refilling and indoor and outdoor applications. Also included is a detailed breakdown of the branding and claims made on the product packaging, a preview of the product lineup, and a comparison with other Raid products.
- Consumer Insights features videos of consumers testing and discussing Bug Barrier's various features versus competitor products.
- The Business Opportunity, Marketing Plan and Retail Strategy sections describe the potential for category growth, plans for an integrated launch campaign, distribution, pricing, and retail merchandising.
- An interactive FAQ section answers frequently asked questions regarding the HIK category, the Bug Barrier product, competitors, and retail strategy.
